Spring Overnight Trip – Nashville, TN!

May 5-9, 2025

On your Nashville trip, you’ll embark on a comfortable motorcoach ride to the city and a four-night stay at a local hotel. Our adventure includes a guided tour of Nashville with a photo stop at the Parthenon, a visit to Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, and a Grand Ole Opry show. Explore Belle Meade Historic Site & Winery, delve into the historic downtown, and experience the Nashville Nightlife Dinner Theater. Enjoy a behind-the-scenes tours of the Grand Ole Opry House or Ryman Auditorium and a visit to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. This trip includes eight meals. Extensive Activity.

Carol Stream Park District strives to provide trips and activities for everyone. Most adult trips are accessible; however, participants using walkers or wheelchairs should confirm the trip location’s accessibility in advance. Indicate any accommodation requests when registering.

Front bus seating may be reserved at the time of registration for those with applicable medical special needs. Participants requesting front of bus seating should arrive fifteen minutes before departure time.

Payments Policy

Registrants are required to either pay in full or enroll in a payment plan and complete an Automatic Payment Request form at the time of registration. If enrolling in a payment plan, payments for trips will be withdrawn from the account listed on the Automatic Payment Request form on the payment due date listed for each trip. If a due date has passed, you may still enroll in the trip if space is available – payment is due at registration. Enroll in the waitlist for a trip any time at no fee.

Trip Cancellations Policy

Withdrawals should be requested prior to the payment deadline. If you can no longer attend after the deadline, withdrawals are only processed if a participant on the waitlist takes your spot or if you find a replacement. There is no guarantee that a waitlist replacement will be found after the due date has passed. If a friend is taking your place on the trip, a signed waiver and payment are due before your withdrawal can be processed. Passengers not on our roster are not permitted to attend.
